the challenge for vendors is meeting the demand of customers not on auto-fill or pre-pay plans.
If you are calling your fuel vendor please stay on the line - it may take as long as 15 minutes.
For residents with fuel issues –
If you are unable to locate a vendor, call 211. 211 will first ask: have you called your dealer and what level is the tank?~
They will also ask if you have called other vendors?
If 211 is unable to assist, it will call State HSEM for assistance with temporary options.
Certain warming shelters are available. Call 211 or go to ready.gov for a list of open warming shelters.
